MAKE AN APPOINTMENT
By making an appointment you agree to the terms and conditions below. Make sure you read this carefully before making an appointment.
DEPOSIT
— A deposit is required to make and confirm each appointment. Deposits are non-refundable. This amount will be settled on the day of the treatment.
— A deposit can be moved twice.
TOUCH UP APPOINTMENT
— Permanent makeup is a process that consists of two treatments. After the first treatment, it heals up to 60 percent easier. After the second (follow-up) treatment, this will be up to 40 percent. During this treatment we will do a touch up and any adjustments can be made to the shape and/or color. A Touch Up is recommended for optimal results and so that you can enjoy your permanent makeup for longer.
— The price for a Touch Up is valid if it takes place within 8 weeks after the first treatment. If this Touch Up is within 8 weeks and 3 months, you will pay a surcharge of 50 euros.
— If you need an extra Touch Up after the first Touch Up, this costs 50 euros. This is valid once.
— The customer is responsible for planning the Touch Up in a timely manner. We recommend that you immediately schedule the Touch Up.
CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING
— You can cancel or reschedule an appointment free of charge if this is done at least 48 hours in advance. This can be done via a link in the confirmation e-mail. Or please send an e-mail to info@yeona.nl.
— If you cancel after 48 hours, you will lose your deposit. A new deposit is then required to make a new appointment.
— An appointment can only be rescheduled twice.
— Rescheduling may result in a price change, depending on the price for that period.
Deposits are non-refundable.
FORECLOSURE
— If the customer is 15 minutes late or if the customer does not show up, the appointment will be canceled and the entire treatment will be charged.
— If you want to make a new appointment after this, the full amount of the canceled appointment must first be paid. A deposit is again required for a new appointment.
OLD PERMANENT MAKEUP
— Colour Boosts are for existing customers only. If you have already had permanent makeup done elsewhere, you need to book new set or Correction Brows.
— To determine which treatment, please email photos to info@yeona.nl before making an appointment. On the basis of this we can determine whether a correction is possible.
— If you email after you have scheduled an appointment and a correction is not possible, you will lose your deposit.
— If you have not emailed any photos in advance and on the day of treatment we find that the treatment cannot be done, you can use your advance payment for a saline removal. If you do not opt for this, you will lose your deposit and the costs for the entire scheduled treatment will be charged.
GUARANTEE
— By making an appointment you indicate that you are complying with the pre-care instructions. These can be found in the appointment confirmation by e-mail. If on the day of the treatment we notice that the instructions were not followed and the treatment cannot be carried out as a result, we reserve the right to refuse you and to charge the costs for the entire treatment.
— The pre- and aftercare provided are guidelines for an optimal result. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the final result, because we have no control over all external factors that contribute to the final result.

— Prices and promotions are subject to change at any time.
PHOTOS
— Photos, video and audio taken before/during/after your appointment are the property of Yentle Studios and may be used for promotional or marketing purposes on our social media channels, website or other business platforms.
We reserve the right to refuse a customer.
All transactions are final and no refunds will be given.
